The must have dishes in my hometown

 Malaysia itself have a various delicious and marvellous food and dishes from the south to the north. For me being a mixed blood, Malaysia-Indonesia gave me a special trip to hunt and travel about popular and some unique dishes from both country. As mine there are two dishes that i just fell in love with them and people out there should give a try and do not forget to check it out it first.

First, my most favourite from where I can get take out is a Pasemboq. I absolutely love so much Pasemboq which I believe is Penang in origin. Basically it is delicately from main ingredients flour added by some vegetables like 'sengkuang', chopped cucumber and carrot, prawns and chickens, boiled egg. Then the special part of the Pasemboq ingredients is it dressing 'kuah kacang'. mostly I could eat them day and night and i used to love my homemade ones.

Today, I happen to love Bakso, my beloved mother, Indonesian origin, is a very professional and talented masterchef when cooking her country dishes. I eat it a lot for lunch and dinner. It is rarely hard to find in our country. Meat balls in Bakso is so mouth watering as you chew fresh meat, boiled meat or grilled meat. It is very different and too special soup than ours. Bakso, I really recommend it if you get a chance to try it. Very highly recommended.
